Your subscription automatically renews each month after your initial 3-month commitment. Charges are processed on the same day each month, starting from your original sign-up date. We will always send a reminder before your renewal—no surprises, just thoughtful planning.
Yes! Free shipping is included with all subscription plans—no hidden fees, no surprises. Cards ship via USPS with tracking provided.
Your cards will ship within 1–2 business days of your billing date, and typically arrive within 5–7 days. We will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your cards are on the way. You’ll receive your monthly allocation before the end of each paid period.
Unused cards do not roll over. Each month’s allocation is valid only within that billing cycle. This helps us keep production consistent and ensures every pack is fresh and intentional.
Yes, after your initial 3-month commitment, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. You have the option to cancel at any time before the next monthly billing cycle to avoid getting charged.You will receive a reminder before each renewal, and changes can be made easily through your account dashboard.
We don’t offer refunds for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed. This helps us plan production and shipping with care. That said, we’re here to make things right if something’s gone wrong. Just reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
