Unused cards do not roll over. Each month’s allocation is valid only within that billing cycle. This helps us keep production consistent and ensures every pack is fresh and intentional.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed. This helps us plan production and shipping with care. That said, we’re here to make things right if something’s gone wrong, just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
When will I be charged?
Your subscription automatically renews each month after your initial 3-month commitment. Charges are processed on the same day each month, starting from your original sign-up date. We’ll always send a reminder before your renewal—no surprises, just thoughtful planning.

You have the option to cancel any time before the next monthly billing cycle to avoid getting charged. You’ll receive a reminder before each renewal.
